What exactly does each employee receive?
One selected, naturally retouched photograph, supplied as a high-resolution JPEG, a website-friendly vertical crop, and a square profile crop. These are versions of one photo, not three separately retouched images. Your authorized coordinator receives the company library; each employee receives only their own approved portrait and crops.
How does booking work?
Send your headcount, office location, and preferred timeframe. We confirm scope and an available date, then send the agreement and payment instructions. The launch session is $1,990, with $995 to book and the remaining $995 due two business days before the session. Applicable tax is additional and confirmed before payment. There is no payment collection on this page.
What if someone does not like their photo?
We review photographs during the session. Anyone who has not approved a favorite gets a short same-day catch-up opportunity before we pack up. Technical defects or an editing mismatch with the agreed brief are corrected at no charge. Missed appointments, new outfits after approval, and future return trips are separate services.
How much time and space should we plan for?
Start with about 7 to 10 minutes per person, plus setup, breaks, and catch-up time. We confirm the room, lighting setup, access, power, and full production schedule before booking. Larger teams may require additional staffing or more than one day.
When will the finished portraits arrive?
Your delivery date is confirmed in the proposal before booking. It depends on headcount, completed selections, and any requested additions. Rush requests are reviewed separately rather than promised automatically.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Winter Haven and start with offices across Central Florida, including Lakeland, Orlando, and Tampa Bay. The launch travel allowance is based on your actual address within 75 one-way road miles of Winter Haven, not city limits. Other Florida offices and multi-location projects receive a scoped travel and production proposal.
Can you photograph new hires later?
Yes. We retain the approved lighting, background, and crop reference for future matching work. Return visits are separately scheduled and priced. Regular new-hire programs can be scoped around your company's actual hiring needs after the initial team refresh.
Are employee portraits public?
Client delivery is separate from the public portfolio. Gallery access and company-coordinator permissions are agreed before delivery. Marketing use is handled separately from the company booking and employee delivery process.
