This is a summary of the launch offer and booking process, not the signed service agreement. Your proposal and agreement set the final scope, production date, delivery date, usage terms, cancellation, rescheduling, and payment requirements.
Launch Team Day
The launch offer is $1,990 for up to 20 people at one eligible office, available for the first five eligible new-company bookings. It covers one weekday session within 75 one-way road miles of Winter Haven. Availability and eligibility are confirmed before booking. Applicable tax is additional and confirmed before payment.
Included deliverables
One agreed background and lighting look, employee-roster coordination, preparation guidance, individual coaching, on-screen selection, and one naturally retouched image per person. The included high-resolution JPEG, vertical crop, and square crop are versions of the same selected image. Company files and individual delivery are coordinated as part of the session.
Payment and confirmation
For a $1,990 launch booking, $995 is due after scope and date confirmation as the required booking payment. The remaining $995 is due two business days before the session. An inquiry does not hold a date. This website does not collect payment-card details.
Smaller and larger teams
The small-team minimum is $1,490 for up to ten people. A lower standard total applies to smaller headcounts where available. Larger teams, additional offices, more production days, and travel outside the launch area are quoted separately. Headcounts are not pooled across multiple offices to avoid separate setup and travel costs.
Selection and changes
Employees select a favorite during the session. A short same-day catch-up opportunity is available for a person who has not approved a favorite before the studio is packed. Technical defects or an editing mismatch with the agreed brief are corrected at no charge. New outfits, changed preferences after approval, missed appointments, and future return visits are not unlimited free reshoots.
Before a session is accepted
The company coordinator and photographer agree on the location, headcount, space, access, schedule, style, delivery timing, image-use terms, and payment arrangements. Future new-hire sessions and ongoing programs are separate agreements. Employee gallery access and any marketing permissions are addressed separately.
