This notice explains how Florida Team Headshots handles information submitted through this website. The website is intended for company coordinators seeking business photography services.
Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form requests your name, company, email, optional phone number, office location, approximate headcount, preferred timeframe, and optional project notes. Please do not submit employee rosters, payment information, health information, or other sensitive personal details.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to respond, prepare a proposal, coordinate service, and keep records of the business conversation. Sending an inquiry is not an agreement to buy a session or a subscription to unrelated marketing.
Hosting and form processing
The website uses Vercel for hosting, a separate Florida Team Headshots Supabase project for inquiry storage, and Cloudflare Turnstile to validate submissions. The business reviews stored inquiries manually; the website does not send automatic inquiry emails. Messages sent directly to our dedicated email address are handled by Proton Mail. The approved public portfolio photographs are served with this website by Vercel.
Tracking
This version adds no advertising pixels or analytics trackers. A campaign-source label in the page URL may accompany an inquiry. Contact information is not put into URLs or browser local storage. The server uses a keyed hash of a platform-provided network address to limit excessive requests; it does not put the raw address in the inquiry record.
Access and retention
Inquiry records are intended for access by the business's authorized account users. We manually review unbooked inquiries 12 months after receipt and delete them if there is no active conversation. Records are not deleted automatically. This schedule does not change retention for booked client records. Public portfolio images are separate from client delivery and do not make all client portraits public.
